Withdrawal of one of the candidates from running for the position of a Non-Independent member of the Board of Directors of the Investment Holding Group QPSC
Investment Holding Group Q.P.S.C announces that Mr. Hamad Hassan Al Jamali, one of the candidates for the position of a Non-Independent member of the Board of Directors, has notified the company on 10 April 10, 2022 of the withdrawal of his candidacy and his request to remove his name from the list of candidates for the Board of Directors elections to be held at the company’s Ordinary General Assembly which will be held on Monday, April 11th, 2022 at 9:00 pm at Sheraton Hotel, Rayan Ballroom.
