Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co. announces the results of the AGM. The meeting was held on 04/04/2023 and the following resolution were approved
1. The Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activity and financial position during the year ending on 31/12/2022 and the company’s future plan.
2. The auditor’s report for the financial year ending on31/12/2022.
3. The company’s balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2022.
4. Adoption of the corporate governance report for the year 2022.
5. Discharge the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the financial year ending on 31/12/2022 with no rewards being paid.
6. Appointing Mazars Company as an auditor for the company for the year 2023 and determining their fees.

Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co. announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 04/04/2023, by (zoom) and 09:30 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 11/04/2023, by (zoom) and 09:30 PM

1. Hearing and approving the Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activities and its financial position during the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022, and the company’s plan.

2. Hearing and approving the auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022.

3. Discussing and approving the company’s balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022.

4. Discussing and approving the Governance Report for the year 2022.

5. Considering the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022 AD and declaring that there are no bonuses.

6. Presenting the tender regarding the appointment of the external auditor for the fiscal year 2023 and determining their fees.

Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company disclosed its financial statements for the year ending on 12/31/2022, with a net loss of 36.38 million Qatari riyals compared to a net profit of 8.13 million Qatari riyals for the same period of the previous year.

The loss per share amounted to (0.14) Qatari riyals for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022, compared to earnings per share of 0.03 Qatari riyals for the same period of the previous year.

Note: The net profit should not include minority rights (if any).

Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co. announces that the conference call with the Investors to discuss the financial results for the Annual 2022 will be held on 13/03/2023 at 01:00 PM , Doha Time.

Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company would like to clarify that the judgment of Cassation Court  in Appeal No. (975/2022) issued in favor of its subsidiary Dlala Brokerage Company, canceled the decision of the   Appeal Court to impose a financial penalty on Dlala Brokerage Company in the amount of (ten million Qatari riyals) and ordered the case to be  referred  to Appeal  Court to adjudicate it again in a panel composed of other judges.
