Mekdam Holding Group: Transfer the listing to the Main Market

Please be informed that the company has received a no objection from Qatar Financial Markets Authority for the transfer of the listing of Mekdam Holding Group to the Main Market of Qatar Exchange. 

Please note that Mekdam Holding Group will coordinate with the Qatar Stock Exchange, Qatar Central Securities Depository Company and the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures after taking into account all relevant legislations, laws and instructions.
