Ezdan Holding Group Discloses of the payment of the dues of Sak Holding Group in-kind

In implementation of the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of Ezdan Holding Group issued on 28/04/2022 to Approval of the settlement of the dues to Sak Holding Group in the projects developed through the partnership, in which the decision of the General Assembly was issued in its meeting on 20/11/2013.

The board of directors of the group has settled the dues of SAK Holding Group in-kind.
