Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding announced that the board of directors has accepted the resignation of the chairman of the board Mr. Abdullah Jasim Al Darwish and the board elected Mr. Yousef Abdulrahman Alkhailifi as a Chairman of the Board and Mr. Farhoud Hadi Al Hajri as the Vice Chairman.
