The new Board of Directors of Ezdan Holding Group met on 09/05/2022 and elected from among its members the following:

1- Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Thani Al Thani- representing of Al Sarh Business Company as Chairman of the Board of Directors

2- Sheikh Khalifa Thani Abdullah Al Thani - representing of Tadawul Trading Group as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
