With reference to the results of Baladna QPSC General Assembly Meeting held on April 20, 2022; where it was decided to distribute dividends for the period ended December 31, 2021; kindly find attached a letter issued from Professor Dr. Ali Al Quradaghi, Chairman of Baladna’s Shariah Advisory Committee, addressed to Baladna shareholders for the zakat calculation of Baladna shares for the period ended December 31, 2021.
