Lesha Bank Completes Acquisition of Equity Interests in Diversified Aviation Portfolio

Lesha Bank LLC (Public), on behalf of the private aviation investment fund it manages and in accordance with the Sharia principles, announced the acquisition of equity interests in an aviation asset-backed securities transaction with an aggregate market value of approximately USD 1.04 billion (equivalent to approximately QAR 3.79 billion) from an aviation lessor and global asset management firm. The transaction comprises a portfolio of 18 aircraft leased to various airline operators.
